超声心动图在心肌梗死并发室壁瘤诊断中的应用价值

The Value of Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Ventricular Aneurysm

目的:探究超声心动图在心肌梗死并发室壁瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2017年8月—2019年10月间漯河市召陵区人民医院收治的90例心肌梗死并发室壁瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例。研究组采用彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,对照组仅采用常规心电图检查。分析室壁瘤超声心动图表现,对比两组患者检查在心肌梗死并发室壁瘤的检出率,另对比两组在侧壁、下壁、前壁及左室心尖部心肌梗死并发室壁瘤检出情况。结果:研究组检出心肌梗死并发室壁瘤中阳性率为100.00%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.846,P<0.05)。两组患者在侧壁、下壁、前壁及左室心尖部心肌梗死并发室壁瘤中检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声心动图在心肌梗死并发室壁瘤诊断中具有较高的诊断效能,其灵敏度、特异度、准确度均较高,检查中可明确室壁瘤位置等信息,为临床诊断及后续治疗提供参考依据。

Objective:To explore the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular aneurysm.Methods:From August 2017 to October 2019,90 patients with myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular aneurysm were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random table method,with 45 cases in each group.The study group used color Doppler echocardiography,and the control group only used conventional ECG.The echocardiographic manifestations of ventricular aneurysms were analyzed.The detection rates of myocardial infarction complicated by ventricular aneurysms in the two groups were compared and the detection rates of myocardial infarction complicated by ventricular aneurysms in the side wall,inferior wall,anterior wall and left ventricular apex of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive rate of myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular aneurysm in the study group was 100.00%,higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.846,P<0.05).Between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of ventricular aneurysm in the side wall,inferior wall,anterior wall and left ventricular apex(P>0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography has high diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular aneurysm,its sensitivity,specificity and accuracy are high.Information such as the location of aneurysm can be clarified during the examination,which can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and follow-up treatment.
