Characteristics of"4+7"quantity purchase and the effect of the its implement in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed.Suggestions according to the quantity purchase process are proposed,in order to provide references for perfecting China’s medicine centralized procurement mechanism,and promoting large scope of promotion and application of quantity purchase mode in the market.
