一流本科课程建设背景下交叉学科课程的教学改革探索——以《生物信息学》为例 被引量:1

摘要 生物信息学是近年来迅速发展的一门新兴前沿交叉学科,已成为本科院校生物技术专业重要的专业课程之一。一流本科课程建设对生物信息学的教学提出了新层次、高水平的要求。本文综合分析了生物信息学课程目前的教学现状,以建设一流本科课程、培养具有创新思维能力高素质人才为目标,从优化教学内容、改进教学方法、建设教学平台及完善考评方式等方面对应用型本科生物信息学课程进行混合式教学改革的思路进行了探索和分析,为培养优秀的生物技术专业人才奠定基础。 Bioinformatics is a new frontier interdisciplinar y subject with rapid development in recent years.It has become one of the important professional courses of biotechnology in undergraduate colleges.The construction of first-class undergraduate courses puts forward new and high-level requirements for the teaching of Bioinformatics.This paper comprehensively analyzes the current teaching situation of Bioinformatics course.Aiming at building afirst-class undergraduate course and cultivating high-quality talents with innovative thinking ability,this paper explores and analyzes the idea of hybrid teaching reform of applied undergraduate Bioinformatics course from the aspects of optimizing teaching content,improving teaching methods,building teaching platform and perfecting evaluation methods,to lay a foundation for cultivating excellent biotechnology professionals.
