为给经济发展持续注入新动力,有必要为新就业形态的发展提供保障条件。从“政企校协同”的基本内涵、就业政策背景、政、企、校三者的主要社会功能出发,运用系统论、公共治理论、协同论分别论证政企校协同培育新就业形态所具备的理论基础;从宏观、中观、微观三层面逐一分析,论证政企校协同培育新就业形态所存在的现实必要性。

In order to continuously inject new impetus into economic development,it is necessary to provide guarantee conditions for the development of new employment forms.Starting from the basic connotation of"government enterprise school coordination",the background of employment policy and the main social functions of government,enterprise and school,this paper demonstrates the theoretical basis of government enter pr ise school coord ination in cultivat ing new employment form by using system theory,public governance theory and coordination theory;From the macro,meso and micro levels,this paper demonstrates the practical necessity of the cooperation between government,enterprises and schools in cultivating new employment forms.
