Research on the Fusion Development Path of Industrial Chain,Innovation Chain,Talent Chain and Capital Chain

本文基于沈阳市产业链、创新链、人才链、资金链融合发展的政策与现状,综合国内外学者对于“四链融合”研究情况,重点构建了创新链、人才链、资金链围绕布局产业链的“四链融合”运行机制,并进一步探究资源一体化平台建设框架,提出了政府相关政策促进“四链融合”的建议,为推进沈阳市科技创新、产学研协同作用的发展提供可行路径。

Based on the policy and current situation of the integrated development of industrial chain,innovation chain,talent chain and capital chain in Shenyang,this paper focuses on the operation mechanism of"four chain integration"of innovation chain,talent chain and capital chain around the layout of industrial chain,and further explores the construction framework of resource integration platform.It puts forward the suggestions of relevant government policies to promote the"four chain integration",so as to provide a feasible path for promoting the development of scientif ic and technological innovation and the synergy of industry,university and research in Shenyang.
