基于多年度POI大数据的服务设施时空演变规律研究——以雄安新区为例

The Spatiotemporal Evolution Process of Service Facilities Base d on Multi-years POI Big Data-A Case of Xiong’an District

城市发展时空演变过程受多驱动力共同作用,其中,政策驱动力对典型地区扩张、萎缩具有显著效用。从地理大数据视角,揭示政策驱动力作用下地区服务设施发展进程已成为地理社会计算研究热点。本文选取河北省雄安新区作为研究区,以2016―2018年生活、教育、休闲、交通、医疗、商务6类服务设施的兴趣点(Points of interest,POI)数据为研究对象,采用变化显著性检验、核密度分析及等值线提取方法,进行服务设施时空演变规律研究。研究表明:在雄安新区政策促进下,雄安新区发展速度明显快于保定市其他周边区县,各类服务设施增幅离散系数较周边区县更大,呈现不平衡、快速增长趋势;各类服务设施以城镇建成区为发展中心,沿主干道向外扩散;6类服务设施的空间发展形态各异,且雄县、安新县、容城县服务设施发展偏好各有侧重。

The urban development process is a spatio-temporal evolution process driven by multi-driving forces.Among them,policy driving forces have obvious effects on the expansion and contraction for typical regions.From the lens of geographic big data,revealing the degree of development of regional comprehensive service facilities driven by policy has become a popular topic in geo-social computing research.This paper selects Xiong’an District as the research area,and takes POI data of the six types of service facilities(life,education,leisure,transportation,medical treatment,business)from 2016 to 2018 as the research object,and uses the methods,including significance test of variation,kernel density analysis,and contour line extraction to research on the spatio-temporal evolution of service facilities.The research shows that under the promotion of the policies of the Xiong’an District,the development speed of Xiong’an District is significantly faster than other surrounding districts and counties in Baoding,and various variation coefficients of growing prosperity are larger than that of the surrounding districts and counties,showing unbalanceand rapidly increasing trend;various service facilities take urban built-up areas as the development center and spread outward along the main roads;the spatial development forms of the six types of service facilities are significantly different,and Xiong County,Anxin County,and Rongcheng County have their preference for service facilities development.
