智能制造背景下高职制造类人才的培养模式研究

On the Training Mode of Manufacturing Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Intelligent Manufacturing

随着物联网技术、自动化技术、通讯技术、传感器技术等高新技术的飞速发展,传统制造正逐渐向智能制造转变,而智能制造的发展离不开专业人才的支撑。但高职制造类专业的学生却常难以满足行业企业的需要,显然高职相关专业的人才培养模式已无法适应新型制造业对人才技术能力的需求。因此,可在分析目前高职院校制造类专业人才培养模式存在的问题的基础上,从课程设置与教授方式、教学改革、校企协同、师资要求、人才质量评价体系等多个方面提出相应的建议,以求提供可能的解决途径。

With the rapid development of high technologies such as Internet of things technology,automation technology,communication technology and sensor technology,traditional manufacturing is gradually changing to intelligent manufacturing.The development of intelligent manufacturing is inseparable from the support of professionals.The current training mode of manufacturing talents in higher vocational colleges don’t meet the requirement of new manufacturing industry in talents’technical ability.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the current training mode of manufacturing professionals in higher vocational colleges,and then puts forward some suggestions on the training mode of manufacturing professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges from six aspects:curriculum and teaching methods,open classroom,project teaching,school enterprise cooperation,advanced compound disciplines,“multi qualified”teachers and talent quality evaluation system.It provides ideas for solving the internal and external development difficulties of manufacturing professionals in higher vocational colleges.
