浅谈模拟法庭教学方法在民事诉讼法教学中的运用

Application of Moot Court in Civil Procedure Law Teaching

民事诉讼法是法学专业本科学生的一门必修课。在目前高校民事诉讼法的教学过程中,存在教学目标应试化、教学内容抽象性、教学方式传统化等问题,导致理论知识的灌输过多、学生学习的积极性不高、学习效果一般等问题,对于实现法学教育的培养目标仍有一定差距。而通过模拟法庭教学方法与民事诉讼法课程的结合,可以有效增加学生的学习主动性,全面提升学生的专业知识水平和实务技能,将学生培养成为优秀的法律职业者。

Civil Procedure Law is a compulsory course for undergraduate students in law school. In the current teaching practice, there are some problems such as exam-oriented teaching objectives, abstract teaching content and traditional teaching methods, which leads to overload of theoretical knowledge, low enthusiasm and learning effect, therefore the set teaching tenets are hardly realized. The combination of moot court and civil Procedure law course can effectively increase students’ learning initiative, comprehensively improve students’ professional knowledge and practical skills, thus helping students to become excellent legal professionals.
