摘要
针对羊毛织物易受细菌、真菌等微生物感染而引起的纤维损伤、皮肤过敏等问题,利用茜草根提取物将硝酸银还原为纳米银并对羊毛织物进行功能整理,赋予羊毛织物良好的抗菌性能。文章主要探究了纳米银的还原工艺,并利用UV-vis、X射线衍射(XRD)、粒径测试等方法对制备的纳米银进行表征,得出纳米银的最佳制备工艺为:硝酸银浓度3 mmol/L,反应时间60 min,反应温度80℃,反应溶液pH值为9。由最佳工艺条件下制备的纳米银粒径在28 nm左右,能够均匀、稳定地分散在溶液中;使用浸渍法将纳米银整理到羊毛织物表面,以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌种进行抗菌性能测试,发现整理后的羊毛织物具有优异的抗菌性能。
In order to solve the problems of fiber damage and skin allergy caused by bacteria,fungi and other microorganisms,silver nitrate was reduced to nanometer silver with the extract of madder root and wool fabric was functionally treated by nanometer silver to endure wool fabric with good antibacterial properties.In this paper,the reduction process of nano silver was studied,and the prepared nano silver was characterized by UV-vis,XRD,particle size and other test methods.The optimum preparation process of nano silver was obtained:the concentration of silver nitrate was 3 mmol/L,the reaction time was 60 min,the reaction temperature was 80℃,and the pH of reaction solution was 9.The particle size of nano silver prepared under the optimum conditions is about 28 nm,which can be evenly and stably dispersed in the solution.The surface of wool fabric is finished with nano silver by impregnation method,and the antibacterial properties of wool fabric are tested with Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as experimental strains.It is found that the finished wool fabric has excellent antibacterial properties.
