摘要
目的对江苏省省级体育服务综合体的发展进程进行剖析。方法文献资料法、实地考察法。结果与结论进程:概念萌芽期、类型探索期、持续推进期。困境:建设运营成本高,缺少政策扶持;体育项目同质化,缺乏拳头产品;综合体人流量低,盈利能力有限;管理专业化不足,高端人才稀缺。建议:降低建设运营成本,加大政策扶持;培育特色体育项目,打造精品赛事;丰富群众体育活动,发挥引流作用;引进高端体育人才,提高管理水平。
Objective To analyse the development process of provincial sports service complexes in Jiangsu Province.Methods Literature method,fieldwork method.Results and Conclusion Process:concept germination period,type exploration period and continuous promotion period.Dilemma:high construction and operation costs and lack of policy support,homogenisation of sports programmes and lack of fist products,low traffic flow of complexes and limited profitability,and insufficient management specialisation and scarcity of high-end talents.Suggestions:reduce construction and operation costs and increase policy support,cultivate special sports projects and create high-quality events,enrich mass sports activities and play a role in attracting traffic,and introduce high-end sports talents and improve management level.
