日本《残障人体育指导员课程修订(2020)》:概况、内容、特点及启示

摘要 以日本《残障人体育指导员课程修订(2020)》为研究对象,从结构、要点及亮点分析日本残障人体育指导员课程的更新概况。结论:《新版指导课程》内容更新有重新认识残障人体育的意义、对身体结构和残障的理解;重构残障人社会体育指导沟通与参与路径;强调残障人社会体育指导员安全与风险管理;重视残障人社会体育指导员实践能力培养。具有以下特点:1)优化课程比重,注重风险防控与管理;2)依据残障类型,实施精准化体育指导;3)聚焦身心健康,搭建残障“体医融合”体系。最后,从课程的目标、学时、内容及评价方面对中日残障人体育指导员课程进行比较,提出了相关启示。 Taking Japan's"Revision of the Curriculum for Sports Instructors for Disabled People(2020)"as the research object,analyze the updated overview of the curriculum for sports instructors for the disabled in Japan from the structure,main points and highlights.The study found that the content of the"New Guide Course"is updated:re-understand the meaning of sports for people with disabilities,body structure and understanding of disability;reconstruct the communication and participation path of social sports guidance for disabled people;emphasize the safety and risk management of social sports instructors for disabled people;pay attention to disability Cultivation of the practical ability of human social sports instructors.It has the following characteristics:1)Optimize the proportion of courses,pay attention to risk prevention and management.2)Implement precise sports guidance according to the type of disability.3)Focus on physical and mental health,and build a disability"physical and medical integration"system.Finally,it compares the courses for disabled sports instructors between China and Japan in terms of course goals,class hours,content and evaluation,and puts forward relevant enlightenment.
