摘要
目的分析青少年举重运动员力量训练的负荷安排、训练方法和手段的制定,并安排适当的再生恢复训练。方法采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数据统计法,分别从力量训练、核心训练和功能训练来对宜昌市体校青少年举重运动员进行研究。结果与结论宜昌市体校青少年举重运动员的力量训练要遵循系统训练原则、有效控制原则、适宜负荷原则、适时恢复原则;通过各个训练原则为青少年举重运动员的训练提供借鉴,并为我国举重项目的可持续性发展提供参考。
Objective To analyse the load arrangement,the development of training methods and means of strength training for adolescent weightlifters,and to arrange appropriate regenerative recovery training.Methods Using the literature method,expert interview method and data statistical method,the strength training,core training and functional training were studied for the adolescent weightlifters in Yichang Gymnasium.Results and Conclusion The strength training of youth weightlifters in Yichang City Gymnasium should follow the principles of systematic training,effective control,appropriate load and timely recovery;through each training principle to provide reference for the training of youth weightlifters and for the sustainable development of China's weightlifting program.
