木质家具智能制造赋能技术及发展路径分析 被引量:21

摘要 在国内加快建立新发展格局和世界制造业发展格局面临重大调整的当下,智能制造是培育我国新的经济增长动力、抢占新一轮产业竞争制高点的主攻方向。以木质家具制造业为代表的传统产业正面临转型升级的机遇与挑战。本研究结合智能制造对木质家具制造企业的转型要求,梳理了包含基础信息技术、新型制造技术、发展前沿技术等在内的家具智能制造赋能技术,并阐述了其在家具制造业的应用场景。为系统解决传统木质家具企业智能制造升级需要解决的编码困难、信息孤岛、排产难度大、生产调度慢等瓶颈问题,笔者提炼了基础保障、智能制造关键技术和行业应用等三部分构成的木质家具行业智能制造体系结构。最后,立足我国家具行业实际情况,从思维模式、人才培养、技术创新、管理能力、标准体系和产业联盟等要素解析了家具制造企业实现智能制造的发展路径,以期为助力木质家具制造企业成功实现智能制造转型、重建中国家具制造业新优势提供理论借鉴和参考。 Since the global manufacturing sector is undergoing profound reforms,it is important to improve their innovation capacity in the sector and promote reform in quality and efficiency for different countries.Against the backdrop of speeding up the progress of new development pattern in China and the major adjustments of development paradigm of the world manufacturing industry,the intelligent manufacturing(IM)is considered as the new sources of growth for Chinese economy and the priority to take over the commanding heights of a new round of global industrial competition.Expanding Intelligent Plus initiatives to facilitate transformation and upgrading in manufacturing was written for the first time into the Report on the Work of the Chinese Government in 2019.The traditional sectors represented by the wooden furniture industry are confronting with opportunities and challenges of transformation and upgrading.Combined with the IM upgrading requirements for wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises,the enabling technologies of the furniture intelligent manufacturing and their application scenarios in the furniture industry,including basic information technology,new type of manufacturing technologies,and cutting-edge technologies,were systematically reviewed in aspects of Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,industrial robot,additive manufacturing,virtual reality,artificial intelligence,digital twin,and edge computing.In order to take a systemic approach to address the bottlenecks in the areas of difficult encoding,information isolated island,tough and tardy production scheduling during the IM upgrading of wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises,the IM architecture of the wooden furniture industry constituted by foundational guarantee,IM key technologies,and industry application was illustrated and the relationship among each important part was defined.Function as the brain and nerve center of the wood furniture intelligent manufacturing system,the intelligent manufacturing architecture of the wooden furniture industry cannot be achieved overnight.Based on China s furniture industry realities,the development path of achieving IM in wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises was analyzed and proposed according to six criteria:thought pattern,talents cultivation,technological innovation,management ability,standards system,and industry alliance,which will provide beneficial guidance and theoretical reference for achieving IM upgrading of wooden manufacturing enterprises and reshaping the new competitive edge of the Chinese furniture industry.
