木门表面材质的感性意象量化研究与分析 被引量:12

摘要 木门产品的表面材质种类繁多,了解用户对不同表面材质的感性意象评价有助于设计师精准开发符合目标用户心理需求的木门产品,对企业摆脱产品同质化、凸显产品差异化优势具有重要意义。基于感性工学和对国内外木门市场产品的材质调研,以实验法展开用户对木门表面材质的感性意象评价,并运用SPSS软件对实验数据进行聚类分析、因子分析,构建用户与材质样本感性意象空间并分析材质样本与公共因子之间的感性语义对应关系,以此来指导设计中对表面材质种类的选择。实验通过KJ法、专家评价法等方法筛选获得材质样本和感性词汇,基于语义差异法和李克特量表设计实验问卷并实施,通过聚类分析将木门表面材质样本分为天然木纹类、木纹类、有机表面材质类、混合表面材质类、特殊表面类五大类,通过因子分析提取木门表面材质感性意象4个公共因子并分别命名:物理感知因子、风格科技因子、重量感知因子和光泽柔软度因子,综合聚类分析和因子分析结果得出材质的感性意象空间分布图和5类木纹样本、4个公共因子之间的正负相关感性语义对应关系,从理性客观角度探讨不同木门表面材质带给用户的视觉感性意象,为木门设计中的材质选择提供科学理性的参考依据。 There are many kinds of surface materials used for wooden door products.Fully understanding users perceptual image evaluation of different surface materials is helpful for designers to accurately develop wooden door products that meet the psychological needs of target users.It is of great significance for enterprises to get rid of product homogeneity and highlight the advantages of product diversity.Based on the Kansei Engineering and the investigation of domestic and international wooden door markets,this study uses the experimental method to carry out the user s evaluation research on the perceptual image of wooden door surface materials,and uses SPSS software to conduct cluster analysis and factor analysis based on the experimental data,constructs the user s perceptual image space about material samples,and analyzes the corresponding relationship between material samples and perceptual semantics.The results of this study can be a guideline for the selection of surface materials for wooden door products with different market positioning.The material samples and perceptual vocabulary groups are selected by the KJ method and expert evaluation method.The questionnaire is designed and implemented based on the semantic difference method and Likert 7 scale.Through the cluster analysis,the wood door surface material samples are divided into five categories,i.e.,natural wood grain,wood grain,organic surface material,mixed surface material,and special surface material.Through the factor analysis,four common factors about the perceptual images of wood door surface materials are obtained and named respectively:physical perception factor,style technology factor,weight perception factor,and gloss softness factor.Based on the results of the cluster analysis and factor analysis,this study constructs the spatial distribution of perceptual images of materials,analyzes the positive and negative relationship between five types of wood grain samples and four common factors,and discusses the visual perceptual images brought by different wood door surface materials from a rational and objective point of view,so as to provide a scientific reference for material selection in wood door design.
