以三叉神经痛为首发症状、伴多发颅神经损伤的颈深部间隙感染一例报道

Deep Neck Space Infection with Trigeminal Neuralgia as the First Symptom and Multiple Cranial Nerve Injuries: a Case Report

三叉神经痛为神经科常见症状,可继发于多种疾病,感染性疾病为其少见病因,而同时伴发多支颅神经受累的病例临床更为罕见。本文报道1例以三叉神经痛为首发症状、伴多发颅神经损伤的颈深部间隙感染患者的临床诊治过程,以期为神经科医师对该病的诊治提供参考。分析表明,三叉神经痛、多发颅神经损伤是颈深部间隙感染的少见临床症状,早期行影像学检查并进行多学科综合治疗是改善患者预后的关键。

Trigeminal neuralgia is a common symptom in Neurology Department, which can be secondary to a variety of diseases. Infectious diseases are a rare cause, and cases with simultaneous involvement of multiple cranial nerves are clinically rare. This article reported the diagnosis and treatment of a case of deep neck space infection with trigeminal neuralgia as the first symptom and multiple cranial nerve injuries, in order to provide references for neurologists in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The analysis shows that trigeminal neuralgia and multiple cranial nerve injuries are rare clinical symptoms of deep neck space infection. Early imaging examination and multidisciplinary comprehensive treatments are the key to improving the prognosis of the patients.
