Cryptozoospermia is a disease that causes male infertility and lacks effective treatment.As the etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear,there is a lack of uniform and effective treatments.This review will summarize the definition,etiology,laboratory examination and treatment of cryptozoospermia,as well as related research in recent years,in order to provide some new evidence for further understanding and management of the disease.
