静脉腔内激光治疗中皮肤损伤的有限元分析

摘要 建立三维皮肤-静脉模型,通过光扩散近似的辐射传输理论求解组织中的光分布,采用有限元方法模拟静脉曲张的激光治疗过程.在求解生物热方程基础上,采用不同的激光功率、回拉速度、血管直径、血管深度,比较组织各处温度随时间变化情况,并使用Arrhenius模型求解组织中损伤的扩展情况.结果表明:通过对静脉及其周围皮肤组织的数值模拟,可以为静脉激光治疗过程中防止皮肤烧伤提供参考. In this paper,a three-dimensional skin-vein model was established.The light distribution in the tissue was solved by using the radiation transfer theory of light diffusion approximation.The laser treatment process of varicose veins was simulated by using the finite element method.On the basis of solving the bio-thermal equation,different laser power,pull back speed,blood vessel diameter and blood vessel depth were used to compare the changes of tissue temperature with time,and Arrhenius model was used to solve the expansion of tissue damage.The results show that the numerical simulation of vein and its surrounding skin tissue can provide a reference for preventing skin burn during endovenous laser treatment.
