Research on the Choreography of Complete Sets of Cheerleading Actions from the Perspective of Sports Aesthetics

以武夷学院啦啦操比赛套路的编排为研究对象,运用文献资料法、录像分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,首先对啦啦操的定义和由来进行论述,重点以武夷学院六个部门学院啦啦操编排的要素进行分析,分别为啦啦操的服装和道具、时间和空间要素、音乐要素、动作要素.根据以上分析提出啦啦操动作编排的建议:要体现艺术性和创新性;实现音乐与动作的双向选择和完美融合;编排艺术的多元化;编排的风格化和主题化.体育美学视域下啦啦操成套动作编排的研究,为啦啦操的编排提供参考依据,促进啦啦操运动健康发展.

Taking the choreography of cheerleading competition routine in Wuyi university as the research object,by using the methods of literature review,video analysis and expert interview,firstly,it discusses the definition and origin of cheerleading,focusing on the analysis of the elements of cheerleading arrangement in the six departments of Wuyi university,including the clothing and props,time and space elements,music elements and action elements.According to the above analysis,some suggestions on the choreography of cheerleading are proposed such as reflecting the artistry and innovation,realizing the two-way choice and perfect integration of music and action,the diversification of choreography art,and the style and theme of the choreography.The research on the choreography of complete sets of cheerleading actions from the perspective of sports aesthetics will provide reference for the choreography of cheerleading and promote the healthy development of cheerleading.
