陶瓷机刻技术对雕塑成型方式及产业发展带来的影响

摘要 说起雕塑,大家第一印象就是传统的慢速成型,雕塑艺术家们应用雕塑法中的加减法来调整雕塑体,最终达到令艺术家们满意的效果。雕塑成型中的雕、塑、贴、印、堆、镂、捏、接、修以及捏雕、镂雕、浮雕等成型技法,要求雕塑家有良好的艺术造诣、设计能力外还需具有扎实的雕塑功底,且成型速度慢,耗时长,成型过程破损率高,成本高,产出量低。因此在科技技术迅猛发展的时代和现代社会要求艺术创作应更具时代感与前卫精神的趋势下,现代快速成型技术应时而生--陶瓷机刻技术。陶瓷机刻技术是借助计算机、刻刀、精密传动和数控等现代手段在很短的时间内制造出产品,节约时间,降低成本,提高效率,对原料的选用不是很苛刻,可实现批量化生产。本文将主要介绍应时而生的陶瓷机刻技术基于雕塑成型方式的优点,对未来雕塑产业带来的影响及该技术的发展和市场前景。 Speaking of sculpture,everyone's first impression is the traditional slow molding.Sculpture artists use the addition and subtraction method in the sculpture method to adjust the sculpture body,and finally achieve the effect that satisfies the artists.The sculpture molding methods such as carving,molding,pasting,printing,stacking,engraving,pinching,connecting,repairing,pinching,engraving,and embossing techniques require the sculptor to have good artistic attainments,solid design capabilities and sculpture skills.It also has slow molding speed,long time consuming,high damage rate during molding process,high cost and low output.Therefore,in the era of rapid development of science and technology and the trend of modern society that requires artistic creation to be more contemporary and avant-garde,modern rapid prototyping technology literally means ceramic machine-engraving technology,come into being.The technology uses modern methods such as computers,carving knives,precision transmission and numerical control to produce products in a short time,saving time,reducing costs,and improving efficiency.The selection of raw materials is not very demanding,and mass production can be realized.This article will mainly introduce the advantages of ceramic machine-engraving technology based on sculpture molding methods,the impact on the future sculpture industry,and the development and market prospects of this technology.
