新型温控环保艾灸服在阳虚体质患者中的应用价值

Application Value of New Temperature Control and Environmental Protection Moxibustion Suit in Patients with Yang Deficiency Physique

目的:分析新型温控环保艾灸服在阳虚体质患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年11月本院符合标准的阳虚体质患者150例,按随机数字表法分为A组(n=50)、B组(n=50)、C组(n=50),A组予以新型温控环保艾灸服艾灸,B组予以传统手法艾灸,C组予以木质艾灸盒艾灸。对比三组艾灸局部皮肤温度、患者满意度、不良事件发生率、室内环境PM_(2.5)含量及舒适度评分。结果:A组施灸10、20、30 min时艾灸局部皮肤温度均低于B、C组(P<0.05);A组灸疗10、30 min后舒适度评分均高于B、C组(P<0.05);A组满意度高于B、C组(P<0.05);A组灸疗10、30 min后室内环境PM_(2.5)含量均低于B、C组(P<0.05);A组不良事件发生率低于B、C组(P<0.05)。结论:新型温控环保艾灸服可用于阳虚体质患者的艾灸治疗,可有效控制艾灸局部皮肤温度,使局部皮表温度维持在有效且安全的范围,防止不良事件的发生,提高患者舒适度与满意度,还可以降低室内环境PM_(2.5)含量。

Objective:To analyze the application value of new temperature control and environmental protection moxibustion suit in patients with Yang deficiency physique.Method:A total of 150 patients with Yang deficiency physique in our hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into group A(n=50),group B(n=50)and group C(n=50).Group A was treated with new temperature control and environmental protection moxibustion suit,group B was treated with traditional moxibustion,and group C was treated with wooden moxibustion box.The local skin temperature,patient satisfaction,incidence of adverse events,PM_(2.5) content of indoor environment and comfort score were compared among the three groups.Result:The local skin temperature of group A were lower than those of group B and C at 10,20 and 30 min of moxibustion(P<0.05).The comfort scores of group A after 10 and 30 min of moxibustion were higher than those of group B and C(P<0.05).The satisfaction of group A was higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05).The contents of PM_(2.5) in indoor environment in group A were lower than those in group B and C after 10 and 30 min of moxibustion(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in group A was lower than those in group B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new temperature control and environmental protection moxibustion suit can be used for moxibustion treatment of patients with Yang deficiency physique,which can effectively control the local skin temperature of moxibustion,keep the local skin surface temperature in an effective and safe range,prevent the occurrence of adverse events,improve patient comfort and satisfaction,but also reduce indoor environmental PM_(2.5) content.
