布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol Nebulized in the Treatment of Bronchopneumonia in Children

目的:探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取2020年1-10月本院收治的66例支气管肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状和体征改善时间、肺功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、咳嗽、喘息和肺部啰音改善时间分别为(2.05±0.34)d、(3.19±0.65)d、(3.89±0.67)d、(5.27±1.23)d,均短于对照组的(2.87±0.41)d、(5.05±1.14)d、(4.78±0.85)d、(6.84±1.36)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF为(1.59±0.32)L、(2.12±0.43)L、(2.45±0.44)L/s,均高于对照组的(1.34±0.29)L、(1.78±0.38)L、(2.01±0.37)L/s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇可增强小儿支气管肺炎治疗效果,加快患儿临床症状和体征消失,促进肺功能恢复,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Budesonide combined with Salbutamol nebulized in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Method:A total of 66 children with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Budesonide combined with Salbutamol on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs,lung function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,cough,wheezing and pulmonary rales in the observation group was(2.05±0.34)d,(3.19±0.65)d,(3.89±0.67)d,(5.27±1.23)d,respectively,which were shorter than(2.87±0.41)d,(5.05±1.14)d,(4.78±0.85)d,(6.84±1.36)d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FEV1,FVC and PEF between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,FEV1,FVC and PEF in the observation group were(1.59±0.32)L,(2.12±0.43)L and(2.45±0.44)L/s,which were higher than(1.34±0.29)L,(1.78±0.38)L and(2.01±0.37)L/s in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with Salbutamol can enhance the therapeutic effect of bronchopneumonia in children,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs,promote the recovery of lung function,which is safe and reliable.
