摘要 平均血小板体积、红细胞分布宽度是血常规的组成部分,检测方便且廉价。近年来国内外大量研究发现平均血小板体积、红细胞分布宽度与心血管疾病的发生、冠脉病变严重程度及预后相关。本文对平均血小板体积、红细胞分布宽度与冠心病的发生、病变严重程度及预后的相关性等进行综述。 The mean platelet volume and red cell distribution width are the components of blood routine,which are convenient and cheap to detect.In recent years,a large number of studies at home and abroad have found that the mean platelet volume and red cell distribution are related to the occurrence of coronary artery disease,the severity of coronary artery disease and the prognosis.This article reviews the correlation between mean platelet volume,red blood cell distribution width and the occurrence,severity and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
