糖皮质激素联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋患者的临床效果及对听力恢复的影响

Clinical Effect of Glucocorticoid Combined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness and Its Effect on Hearing Recovery

目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋患者的临床效果及对听力恢复的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年6月本院收治的突发性耳聋患者110例,根据使用药物的不同分为两组,对照组应用糖皮质激素治疗,研究组应用糖皮质激素联合前列地尔治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、听力恢复程度、血液流变学指标、不同频率听力。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组耳鸣、耳闷、眩晕恢复率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不同频率的听力水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋患者效果理想,可有效改善患者听力恢复,提高临床疗效,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid combined with Alprostadil in the treatment of sudden deafness and its effect on hearing recovery.Method:A total of 110 patients with sudden deafness in our hospital from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different drugs.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the study group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with Alprostadil.The clinical efficacy,hearing recovery,hemorheology and hearing frequency were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the recovery rates of tinnitus,ear tightness and vertigo in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the hearing of the study group at different frequencies were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glucocorticoid combined with Alprostadil in the treatment of sudden deafness patients has an ideal effect,which can effectively improve the hearing recovery of patients and improve the clinical efficacy,it should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
