支气管镜局部化疗联合光动力治疗中央型肺癌患者的效果

Effect of Bronchoscopic Local Chemotherapy Combined with Photodynamic Therapy in Patients with Central Lung Cancer

目的:探讨支气管镜局部化疗联合光动力治疗中央型肺癌患者的效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年5月本院收治的中央型肺癌患者82例,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组41例。对照组进行支气管镜局部化疗,研究组进行支气管镜局部化疗联合光动力治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后免疫功能、肺功能、生活质量。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组MVV、FEV1、FVC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:支气管镜局部化疗联合光动力治疗对中央型肺癌患者的疗效较好,可以有效改善患者的生活质量评分,临床上应进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of bronchoscopic local chemotherapy combined with photodynamic therapy in patients with central lung cancer.Method:A total of 82 patients with central lung cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received bronchoscopic local chemotherapy,and the study group received bronchoscopic local chemotherapy combined with photodynamic therapy.The therapeutic effect and immune function,lung function,quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MVV,FEV1 and FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the all dimension scores of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Local bronchoscopic chemotherapy combined with photodynamic therapy has a good effect on patients with central lung cancer,which can effectively improve the quality of life score of patients,and should be further popularized in clinical application.
