乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合氟康唑对霉菌性阴道炎患者临床疗效及血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平的影响

Influence on Clinical Efficacy and Levels of Serum IL-6,CRP and TNF-α of Clotrimazole Vaginal Capsules Combined with Fluconazole in Patients with Mycotic Vaginitis

目的:探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合氟康唑对霉菌性阴道炎患者临床疗效及血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月于本院治疗的霉菌性阴道炎患者120例,收集相关资料,依据治疗方案不同分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用氟康唑治疗,研究组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合氟康唑治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、药物不良反应发生情况、炎性因子水平、菌群阳性情况。结果:研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组外阴瘙痒、排尿痛、腰腹疼痛、黏膜充血、白带异常消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为16.7%,对照组为18.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前炎性因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组念珠菌阳性率低于对照组,乳酸杆菌阳性率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:霉菌性阴道炎患者应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合氟康唑方案治疗,可有效提升治疗效果,缩短临床症状消失时间,且不会增加药物不良反应,能有效控制炎性水平,调节菌群阳性率,应用效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective:To investigate the influence on clinical efficacy and levels of serum IL-6,CRP and TNF-αof Clotrimazole Vaginal Capsules combined with Fluconazole in patients with mycotic vaginitis.Method:A total of 120 patient with mycotic vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and the relevant data were collected,according to the different treatment schemes,they were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fluconazole alone,while the study group was treated with Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules combined with Fluconazole.The clinical treatment effect,clinical symptoms disappearance time,adverse drug reactions,inflammatory levels,bacterial positive rate of two groups were compared.Result:The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vulvar pruritus,micturition pain,lumbar and abdominal pain,mucosal congestion and abnormal leucorrhea in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.7%,and the control group was 18.3%,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the level of inflammatory factors between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of Candida in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the positive rate of Lactobacillus was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules combined with Fluconazole in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis can effectively improve the treatment effect,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and will not increase adverse drug reactions,control the inflammatory level and regulate the positive rate of bacterial flora,the application effect is significant,which is worthy of reference.
