基于乡村振兴政策下的新型城镇化发展路径研究--以陕西省为例

Study on the Development Path of New Urbanization Based on the Policy of Rural Revitalization--A Case of Shaanxi

本文基于乡村振兴政策、新型城镇化理论等,运用GIS分析、文献分析等方法,分析目前陕西省的城镇化发展水平。研究表明:现陕西省第一产业所占比重大但效益低,第二产业结构分布不合理,第三产业效率相对较高但所占份额不足;城镇化水平依然落后;产业结构不合理;城镇空间结构忽视小城镇的发展。对此现状,笔者提出相适应的解决问题方法,政府制定制度和措施,提高城镇设施水平,平衡产业发展结构,促进大城市带领小城镇的发展等,以期为陕西省新型城镇化发展提供新思路,并对未来陕西省城镇化发展进行展望,从而实现陕西省的全面城镇化。

Based on the theory of rural revitalization policy and new urbanization,this paper analyzes the current urbanization development level of Shaanxi with GIS analysis and literature analysis methods.The results show that the proportion of the primary industry is large,but its efficiency is low,the distribution of the secondary industry structure is unreasonable,and the efficiency of the tertiary industry is relatively high,but its share is insufficient.The level of urbanization is still backward.The industrial structure is unreasonable.Urban spatial structure ignores the development of small towns.This paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the current situation.The government formulates the system and measures,improves the level of urban facilities,balances the industrial development structure,promotes the development of small towns led by big cities,and so on.It is hoped to use the above methods to put forward some new ideas for the development of new urbanization in Shaanxi,and to prospect the future urbanization in Shaanxi,thus realizing the comprehensive urbanization of Shaanxi.
