基于参数化技术的城中村公共空间微改造策略研究--以广州北亭村为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会的进步,我国城市化高速发展,由此产生的建成环境对塑造和改变居民的生活行为方式具有重要影响,而城中村的更新改造是城市发展的必然过程。在城中村的背景下,从微改造的角度出发,以分析城市功能模块、室外环境以及人群流动的相关联系为概念起点,基于空间句法理论对场地空间进行整合度分析,将参数化技术作为实践手段,对城中村进行空间句法分析、日照分析及行人流线分析等,探讨城中村公共空间改造策略,改善城中村内微气候,并以广州北亭村为例进行实例研究。在此背景下,提出既能延续旧城的场地精神又能满足现代多元化需求的改造策略,同时也探讨对城中村场地活力的激活和多维发展的新思路。 With the progress of society and the rapid development of urbanization in China,the resulting built environment has an important impact on shaping and changing the lifestyle of residents,and the renewal and transformation of urban villages is the inevitable process of urban development.In the context of urban village,from the perspective of micro transformation,starting from the concept of analyzing the relationship between urban functional modules,outdoor environment and crowd flow,this paper analyzes the integration degree of site space based on space syntax theory,and takes parametric technology as a practical means to analyze the site,outdoor environment simulation and pedestrian simulation of urban village.This paper discusses the transformation strategy of public space in urban villages,and improves the microclimate in urban villages by taking Beiting village in Guangzhou as an example.In this context,it puts forward the transformation strategy which can not only continue the spirit of the old city,but also meet the modern diversified needs.At the same time,it also discusses the new ideas of activating the vitality of the site and multi-dimensional development of the village in the city.
