东北严寒地区农村住宅节能优化设计研究--以五大连池市龙泉村住宅示范项目为例

Research on Energy Saving Optimization Design of Rural Residence in Northeast Cold Region Based on Indoor Environment Comfort--A Case of the Residential Demonstration Project of Longquan Village in Wudalianchi

基于东北严寒地区农村住宅建筑热舒适性差、节能技术水平较低、建筑整体能耗大的客观现状,通过问卷访谈及实地环境测试的方法,针对东北严寒地区农村住宅的节能优化问题进行探讨,提出了以提升室内环境舒适性为目标的节能设计策略,并对建成的示范工程进行实测及验证,以期推动东北严寒地区农村住宅节能的发展和推广。

Based on the objective situation of poor thermal comfort,low level of energy-saving technology and high overall energy consumption of rural residential buildings in northeast cold region,this paper discusses the energy-saving optimization of rural residential buildings in northeast cold region through questionnaire interview and field environmental test,puts forward the energy-saving design strategy aiming at improving indoor environmental comfort,and measures and verifies the completed demonstration projects in order to promote the development and promotion of rural residential energy saving in northeast cold region.
