新型城镇化背景下的十堰市黄龙古镇规划研究

The Planning of Huanglong Ancient Town in Shiyan under the Background of New Urbanization

湖北省十堰市位于鄂、豫、陕、渝四省(市)交界处,而黄龙镇位于十堰市城区西大门,发展愿景较好,且有一定的产业基础条件。编制保护性开发规划既有利于促进城镇明确发展方向和重点,带动周边乡村发展和村镇居民就业,也有利于保护古镇的风貌格局和古建筑。本文充分梳理古镇建筑、空间、产业基础,通过问题导向方法,系统性地提出古镇转型、升级、发展的三大策略。

Huanglong is located in the west gate of Shiyan and the border of four provinces of Hubei,Henan,Shaanxi and Chongqing.It has good development vision and certain industrial fundamental conditions.The formulation of protective development plans is not only conducive to defining the development direction and priorities of towns and promoting the development and employment of surrounding villages,but also conducive to protecting the style and pattern of ancient towns and their historical and cultural memories of ancient buildings.This paper analyze the architecture,space and industrial foundation of ancient town,and systematically puts forward three strategies of focusing on transformation,upgrading and development of ancient town through problem orientation.
