In junior high school mathematics teaching activities,application problems account for a relatively high percentage of points,and it is difficult to solve the problems.Teachers carry out problem-solving guidance activities based on applied problems,which can better exercise students'mathematical thinking,optimize their problem-solving ideas,improve the efficiency of mathematical problem-solving,and develop students'mathematical thinking ability.This article is based on the teaching activities of applied problems in junior high school mathematics,and aims to analyze the problems in the teaching of applied problems and think about how to optimize the teaching of applied problems.
