With the introduction of the new curriculum reform,cultivating"aspirational,ethical,educated,and disciplined"youth has become one of the core of contemporary education.Schools must play their role in cultivating students'moral qualities and sentiments.The head teacher must do a good job in this management link,so that students can gain affirmation of value in the class,feel the warmth brought by the collective,and guide the students to establish the correct"three views",thereby promoting the overall development of students'morality,intelligence,physical,aesthetics and labor.This article analyzes the effective management strategies of junior high school head teachers,hoping to give relevant educators a certain reference.
