在全球自然资源竞争日益激烈,生态环境日益恶化的今天,以海洋资源及海洋环境为中心的问题引起各国的重视。中小学有必要顺应时代发展以及相关领域人才培养的需求,与时俱进地在基础学科的教学中设置海洋教育相关的内容,运用STEM理念,打破学科壁垒,发挥各个学科对海洋知识的渗透作用,在中小学阶段丰富学生的海洋科学知识,培养学生深厚的海洋文化人文底蕴,尤其需要培养学生的海洋生态意识,提升学生的生态文明素养。

With the increasingly fierce global competition for natural resources and the deteriorating ecological environmental,issues centered on marine resources and the marine environment have attracted the attention of all countries.It is necessary for primary and high schools to adapt to the development of the times and the needs of talent training in related fields,keep up with the times,set up marine education-related content in the teaching of basic subjects,use the concept of STEM,break disciplinary barriers,and give play to the penetration of marine knowledge by various subjects,enrich students'marine science knowledge in primary and high schools,cultivate students'deep marine culture and humanistic background,and especially need to cultivate students'awareness of marine ecology and improve students'ecological civilization quality.
