摘要
针对现行标准对氨制冷装置的安全阀泄放管的要求,结合氨制冷装置的特点,通过计算,发现泄放管的当量长度较大时,选用常规的弹簧式安全阀存在背压较大的风险,影响安全阀的正常工作。提出应根据制冷装置的实际情况校核安全阀的选型,提出了不同情况下安全阀泄放管设计的参考方案。
According to the requirements of the current standard for the discharge pipeline of safety valve in ammonia refrigerant equipment,combined with the characteristics of ammonia refrigerant equipment,through calculation,it is found that when the equivalent length of the discharge pipeline is large,there is a risk of back pressure is larger when using conventional spring-type safety valve,which affects the normal operation of the safety valve.It is suggested that the selection of safety valve should be checked according to the actual situation of refrigerant equipment,and the reference scheme for the design of discharge pipeline of safety valve under different conditions is put forward.
