近年来,网络科技发展迅猛,为各个行业的发展带来了便利,信息化技术研究成果不断应用于各个领域,并获得了令人瞩目的成就,尤其在教育行业中,科学技术的普及改变了传统课堂的授课模式,提高了授课效率,已经成为当前体育教学必要的辅助工具。基于此,该文以乒乓球训练为研究内容,探究信息技术在乒乓球训练中的具体应用方法。

In recent years,the rapid development of network science and technology has brought convenience to various industries.The research results of information technology have been applied in various fields and obtained remarkable achievements,especially in the education industry,the popularization of science and technology has changed the traditional classroom teaching mode and improved the teaching efficiency,which has become a necessary auxiliary tool in current physical education teaching.Based on this,this article mainly takes the table tennis training as the research contents,explores the information technology in the table tennis training concrete application method.
