摘要
该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,随机选取沈阳大学大一女生248人、男生244人,分成实验班和对照班。实验班学生耐力跑成绩的评价方法采用过程性评价,过程性评价由参与耐力跑积极性、课后锻炼完成情况、耐力跑达标成绩组成;对照班学生耐力跑成绩的评价方法采用终结性评价。经过一个学期的耐力跑教学,实验班和对照班学生耐力跑成绩和肺活量水平都有提高,实验班提高幅度更大;特别是在对女生课外锻炼的督促后,其学习态度、知识掌握的评价,促进了终身体育锻炼习惯的养成,从而提高了耐力跑成绩。
Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,248 female freshmen and 244 male freshmen in Shenyang University were randomly divided into experimental class and control class.The evaluation method of endurance running performance of students in the experimental class adopts process evaluation,which is composed of the enthusiasm of participating in endurance running,the completion of after-school exercise and the achievement of endurance running;the evaluation method of endurance running performance of students in the control class adopts summative evaluation.After a semester of endurance running teaching,the endurance running performance and vital capacity of students in the experimental class and the control class have improved,and the experimental class has improved more;especially after the supervision of girls'extracurricular exercise,the evaluation of their learning attitude and knowledge mastery promotes the formation of lifelong physical exercise habits,so as to improve the performance of endurance running.
