少儿体育舞蹈培训机构发展的制约因素与优化路径

Constraints and Optimization of Children's Sports Dance Training Institutions

体育舞蹈作为一项融体育、舞蹈、音乐、美学于一体的新兴竞技体育运动,受到了人们的青睐,尤其深受广大少儿的喜爱。近年来,体育舞蹈在各大城市得到普及,相关培训机构应运而生,但缺乏系统的体育舞蹈教学大纲和培训机构管理制度。该文针对少儿体育舞蹈培训机构存在的不足,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法,分析了少儿体育舞蹈培训机构的运行现状。研究发现:少儿体育舞蹈培训机构师资力量薄弱、学生学习体育舞蹈积极性低、相关基础设施欠缺、大众对体育舞蹈认识落后。研究建议:提高教师门槛,强化师资力量建设;营造学习气氛,加强学生学习积极性;引进先进设备,完善硬软件基础设施;加大宣传力度,转变群众刻板印象。

Sports dance is a new competitive sport integrating sports,dance,music and aesthetics.Because of the unique charm of sports dance,it is loved by people,especially by children.In recent years,sports dance has been popularized in major cities,and training institutions have emerged as the times require.But there is still no systematic sports dance teaching syllabus and training institutions management system.In view of the shortcomings of children's sports dance training institutions,this paper studies and analyzes the operation status of children's sports dance training institutions in various urban areas through the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics.The research found that the teachers of children's sports dance training institutions are weak,the students'enthusiasm for learning sports dance is low,the relevant infrastructure is lack,and the public's understanding of sports dance is backward.The research puts forward:we need to raise the threshold of teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers;create a learning atmosphere,strengthen students'learning enthusiasm;introduce advanced equipment,improve hardware and software infrastructure;increase publicity,change the stereotype of the masses.
