该文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,分析了民族传统体育的内涵、特征及人文价值,并对新时代背景下实现民族传统体育人文价值的主要路径进行了研究,即完善民族传统体育的训练、竞赛体制;结合旅游业,加强民族传统体育的发展;通过新媒体宣传民族传统体育;拓展校园课程资源,丰富民族传统体育活动;借助社区体育的锻炼方式实现民族传统体育的人文价值;完善民族传统体育学科体系。旨在为促进民族传统体育的发展奠定基础。

The article uses the literature method and the logic analysis method,systematically analyzed the national traditional sports connotation,the characteristic as well as the humanistic value,is advantageous to the national traditional sports inheritance,thus promotes the national traditional sports development,has laid the theoretical foundation for its research.On the basis of theoretical research and under the background of the new era,in order to promote the further development of the traditional national sports,the article continues to explore the main ways to realize the humanistic value of the traditional national sports under the background of the new era:improving the training and competition system of the traditional national sports;combining tourism,strengthen the development of traditional national sports;publicize traditional national sports through new media;expand the campus curriculum resources and enrich the activities of traditional national sports;to realize the humanistic value of traditional national sports with the help of community sports;improve the system of traditional national physical education.
