随着河(湖)长制全面建立,如何聚焦管好“盆”和“水”,利用新兴技术辅助推进从“有名”到“有实”的发展,将成为大势所趋。广东省运用互联网思维,按照云上部署、统一平台、共享服务等理念,打造了集公众服务、河长服务、监督管理等功能于一体的“广东智慧河长”,该平台通过理念创新、应用创新和技术创新构建实用创新模块,从而打造具有“岭南”特色的河湖管理机制,以期对其他地区河长制信息化提供参考。

With the full establishment of the river(lake)chief system,how to focus on management of“basin”and“water”,the use of emerging technologies to assist in the development from“famous”to“realistic”will become the general trend.Using Internet thinking,Guangdong Province,in accordance with the concepts of cloud deployment,unified platform,and shared services,has created a“Guangdong Smart River Leader”that integrates public services,river chief services,supervision and management,etc.The platform build practical innovation modules with innovative ideas and applications innovation and technological innovation to create a river and lake management mechanism with“Lingnan”characteristics,in order to provide a reference for the informatization of river chiefs in other regions.
