决明子多糖对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 决明子多糖是决明子中主要功效成分之一,采用回流法提取决明子多糖,探究决明子多糖在不同质量浓度、不同pH值、不同温度条件下对胰脂肪酶活力的影响。试验表明,决明子多糖在一定条件下对胰脂肪酶有明显的抑制作用,当质量浓度为0.1 g/mL、pH值为7.5、温度为37℃时,决明子多糖对胰脂肪酶的抑制活性最强。 Assia seed polysaccharide is one of the main functional components in Cassia seed.This article uses reflux method to extract the Cassia seed polysaccharide by water extraction and alcohol precipitation to explore the effect of Cassia seed polysaccharide on pancreatic lipase activity under different mass concentration,different pH,and different temperature conditions.When the mass concentration is 0.1g/ml,pH is 7.5,and temperature is 37°C,Cassia seed polysaccharide has the strongest inhibitory activity on pancrelipase.It can be seen that Cassia seed polysaccharide has a significant inhibitory effect on pancrelipase under certain conditions.This experiment can provide a useful reference for the research,development and application of Cassia seed polysaccharides in lowering blood lipids.
