摘要
调查了新冠肺炎疫情期间西安市轨道交通的语言服务现状,发现其语言服务质量较高,呈现出语言服务乘客满意度高、语言服务载体多、语言服务效率高等特点,同时发现了一些不足,进而提出了明确语言服务对象、提供全面语言服务措施和相应语言服务技术支持等建议。
This paper investigated the status quo of language service of rail transit in Xi’an during the epidemic period,and found that the quality of language service was high,showing the characteristics of high satisfaction of passengers,multiple language service carriers and high efficiency of language service,with some shortcomings found out.Then it put forward some suggestions and prospects,such as clarifying the target of language service,providing comprehensive language service measures,establishing and perfecting the mechanism and system of language service,and providing corresponding technical support for language service.
