谷子ZF⁃HD基因家族的鉴定及生物信息学分析 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]ZF⁃HD是植物特有的一类调节植物生长发育和抗逆性的转录因子。对谷子ZF⁃HD进行全基因组水平的鉴定和表达分析,旨在为深入探索ZF⁃HD在谷子中的功能奠定一定的基础。[方法]利用生物信息学鉴定谷子ZF⁃HD基因家族成员,并对谷子ZF⁃HD家族成员染色体定位、理化性质、基因结构、蛋白保守结构域、进化关系和表达模式进行分析。[结果]共鉴定到谷子ZF⁃HD家族基因16个,分布在8条染色体上;进化分析发现谷子ZF⁃HD家族基因可以分为5个亚类;motif预测共鉴定到4个保守motif基序;顺式作用元件分析发现与干旱响应相关的ZF⁃HD基因共9个;谷子ZF⁃HD家族基因与拟南芥中2个基因、水稻中13个基因存在共线性;5个ZF⁃HD家族基因被预测定位到细胞核内;谷子ZF⁃HD家族基因在穗中表达最多,干旱胁迫下不同抗旱性品种中ZF⁃HD基因的表达模式不同,存在时空特异性。[结论]研究结果为深入挖掘该家族基因在谷子生长发育及逆境胁迫中发挥的作用提供理论基础。 [Objective]The ZF-HD transcription factors are known to be unique in plants,and play an important role in regulating plant growth,development and stress resistance.We aim to establish the theoretical foundation for exploring the function of ZFHD in foxtail millet,using genome-wide identification,classification and expression analysis.[Methods]In this study,the ZFHD gene family members in foxtail millet were identified and their chromosome location,physicochemical properties,gene structure,protein conservative domain,evolutionary relationship and expression pattern were analyzed.[Results]A total of 16 genes of foxtail millet ZFHD family were identified which distributed on 8 chromosomes.Evolutionary analysis revealed that ZFHD family genes in foxtail millet could be divided into 5 subgroups.Four conserved motifs were identified by motif prediction;cis-acting element analysis revealed a total of nine ZFHD genes related to drought response;The foxtail millet ZFHD family genes were colinear with two Arabidopsis genes and 13 genes of rice,and five ZFHD family genes were predicted to be located in the nucleus.The ZFHD family genes in foxtail millet were most expressed in panicles,and the ZFHD genes expression patterns in different drought resistant varieties were different under drought stress and characterized by spatio-temporal specificity.[Conclusion]These results provide a theoretical basis for further exploring the important role of the ZFHD family genes in foxtail millet growth,development and stress.
