用“绣花功夫”更新传统风貌区的城市设计实践--以烟台昆嵛山中央小镇为例

Urban Design Practice of Renewing Traditional Featured Areas with“Embroidery Kungfu”--A Case of Kunyu Mountain Central Town in Yantai

对于昆嵛山中央小镇这样的传统风貌区域,本文以城市设计风貌要素为“线索”,通过“穿针引线”缝合新旧城市肌理,再“精工细作”建筑单体细部,逐级强化深入“绣花功夫”,以达到有机更新城市风貌的目的。努力将“绣花功夫”落到实处,强调“绣花功夫”在有机更新传统风貌区城市设计实践中的重要意义,希望此种模式能为整个昆嵛山片区城市设计的有机更新提供从地区到区域及具体地块的适合形态和具体细节表达思路,使“留下记忆,让人们记住乡愁”的高品质、高质量场所营造成为一种可能。

For the traditional style area such as Kunyu Mountain central town,this paper takes the style elements of urban design as the“clue”,stitches the texture of the old and new cities through“threading”,and then“precisely works”the individual details of buildings,so as to strengthen and deepen the“embroidery skills”step by step,and to achieve the purpose of organically updating the urban style.It makes efforts to implement“embroidery Kungfu”into practice,and emphasizes the importance of“embroidery Kungfu”in the urban design practice of organically renewing traditional featured areas.It is hoped that this model can provide the organic renewal of the urban design of the entire Kunyu Mountain area with suitable forms and specific details from regions to regions and specific plots to express ideas,so as to make the creation of a high-quality place for people to“leave memories and remember nostalgia”possible.
