武汉“三乡工程”实施过程中乡村问题及对策研究

Study on Rural Problems and Countermeasures in the Implementation of“Three Township”Projects in Wuhan

在乡村振兴战略背景下,为解决“三乡工程”实施过程中存在的问题,本研究以武汉“三乡工程”的实施为基础,通过调查分析近年来“三乡工程”实施的成效,总结“三乡工程”实施过程中土地使用、文化传承、乡村建设、产业发展、组织管理等方面存在的问题,按照乡村全面振兴五个方面要求提出相应的解决对策,为“三乡工程”的发展提供参考。

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,in order to solve the problems existing in the implementation of“Three Township”projects,based on the implementation of“Three Township”projects in Wuhan,this paper investigates and analyzes the implementation results of“Three Township”projects in recent years,and summarizes the problems existing in land use,cultural inheritance,rural construction,industrial development,organization and management in the implementation of“Three Township”projects.According to five requirements of comprehensive rural revitalization,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide a reference for the development of“Three Township”projects.
