基于社区功能减负及产业布局重构的步行街改造研究--以湛江市中山路步行街为例

Research on the Reconstruction of Pedestrian Street Based on the Burden Reduction of Community Function and the Reconstruction of Industrial Layout--A Case of Zhongshan Road in Zhanjiang

湛江中山路步行街作为历史上广州湾地区的商业中心,其街道历史建筑修复及商业文化复兴有着重要的意义。本文通过回顾步行街历史发展,说明对其开展旧城改造的意义所在。通过分析当前情况,总结出街区复兴所面临的历史建筑风貌、产业布局、交通规划等三个问题,进而提出一个基于社区功能减负及产业布局重构的改造方案,探索出一条科学的旧城改造道路。

The pedestrian street on Zhongshan Road in Zhanjiang,as the commercial center of Guangzhou Bay Area in history,is of great significance for the restoration of historical buildings on the street and the revival of commercial culture.By reviewing the historical development of pedestrian street,this paper explains the significance of carrying out the reconstruction of the old city.By analyzing the current situation,this paper summarizes three problems faced by the revival of the block,such as the feature of historical buildings,industrial layout and transportation planning.Then a transformation scheme based on the burden reduction of community function and the reconstruction of industrial layout is proposed to explore a scientific road for the reconstruction of the old city.
