在老龄化社会和城乡融合发展的背景下,基于我国城镇老旧小区适老化改造和无障碍环境建设理论及实践经验,为实现残疾人、老年人等全体社会成员在老旧小区中的居住便利和出行安全创造良好的无障碍居住生活环境,保障他们能够平等地参与社会生活,积极开展社会活动。本文对我国老旧小区的适老化改造和无障碍环境建设所存在的问题进行分析,提出我国老旧小区适老化和无障碍环境建设等方面的相关建议和策略,为我国老旧小区的改造政策和方案的制定提供借鉴和参考。

Under the background of an aging society and the development of urban and rural integration,based on the optimal aging of older communities and towns and the construction of barrier-free environment theory and practical experience,in order to realize the convenient living and travel safety of the disabled,and the elderly,etc.in the old residential areas,to create a good obstacle-free living environment,and to ensure their can equal participation in social life and active participation in social activities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the aging renovation and barrier-free environment construction of the old residential areas in China,and puts forward relevant suggestions and strategies for the aging the renovation and barrier-free environment construction of the old residential areas in China,so as to provide a reference for the development of the renovation policies and programs of the old residential areas in China.
