摘要
目的优选三方益子方的水提工艺。方法以共有峰总面积、原儿茶酸、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、甘草酸和得膏率的综合评分值为考察指标,以料液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用层次分析法结合正交试验对三方益子方的水提工艺进行优选。结果最佳水提工艺为加水14倍量,提取3次,提取2 h。结论多指标综合评分结合正交试验法可用于三方益子方提取工艺的优选,所得工艺方法简便、结果稳定。
Objective To optimize the water extraction of Sanfang Yizi prescription.Methods The total peak area of the fingerprint,protocatechuic acid,psoralen,isopsoralen,glycyrrhizic acid and dry extract yield were used as the indexes.The ratio of solid to liquid,extraction time and number of extractions were used as factors.Analytic hierarchy process and orthogonal test were used to optimize the water extraction of Sanfang Yizi prescription.Results The optimum extraction included 14 times of water,2 hours and 3 extractions.Conclusion Multi-index comprehensive score combined with orthogonal test method can be used to optimize the extraction.The obtained process is simple with stable results.
