羟氯喹在IgA肾病中的临床研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 羟氯喹是在氯喹的基础上开发的4-氨基喹啉类的新型抗疟药,目前有研究表明羟氯喹可以作为新的辅助免疫调节剂有效地降低IgA肾病患者的蛋白尿。IgA肾病是一组免疫病理特征以肾小球系膜区IgA沉积为主的临床综合征,由于其发病机制比较复杂,所以并没有特定的治疗药物。本文对羟氯喹在IgA肾病中应用的研究进展进行综述,为治疗IgA肾病提供新的治疗方案与思路。 Hydroxychloroquine is a new type of antimalarial drug developed on the basis of chloroquine.At present,some studies have shown that hydroxychloroquine,as a new adjuvant immune regulator,can effectively reduce the proteinuria in patients with IgA nephropathy.IgA nephropathy is a group of clinical syndromes with IgA deposition in the glomerular mesangial region as the main immunopathological features.There is no specific treatment drug because of its complex pathogenesis.There is no specific therapy for IgA nephropathy at present either.This article systematically reviewed the research progress in the application of hydroxychloroquine in IgA nephropathy to provide a new treatment plan and thinking for IgA nephropathy.
