ICP-MS法测定透析用醋酸钠中铝元素的含量

Determination of aluminum in sodium acetate for dialysis by ICP-MS

目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定透析用醋酸钠中铝元素的含量。方法样品经前处理后,按照拟定的仪器工作条件,采用ICP-MS法测定醋酸钠中铝元素的含量。结果铝盐在0~10 ng·mL^(-1)与响应值线性关系良好,r=0.999;平均回收率为87.9%~97.7%,RSD为0.30%~3.5%。结论本方法准确度高,可用于透析用醋酸钠中铝元素含量的测定。

Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method to determine aluminum in sodium acetate for dialysis.Methods The aluminum in sodium acetate was determined by ICP-MS after the pretreatment.Results The calibration curves of aluminum showed good linearity at 0~10 ng·mL^(-1) with r=0.999.The average recovery was 87.9%~97.7%and the RSD was 0.30%~3.5%.Conclusion This method can be used to determine the content of aluminum in sodium acetate for dialysis accurately.
