中药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎专利复方用药规律分析

Patent compound Chinese medicine prescriptions in preventing and treating COVID-19

目的分析防治新型冠状病毒肺炎中药复方用药规律。方法以“智慧芽”专利系统为数据来源,综合采用古今医案云平台、R语言、SAS 8.2等软件对防治新型冠状肺炎专利复方进行区域分布分析,中药四气五味及归经统计,关联、聚类及因子分析,挖掘其用药规律。结果筛选出符合标准的中药复方211首,包含中药365味;专利申请地以广东、北京、贵州居多;专利复方中药频次最高为甘草、金银花、广藿香、黄芪、连翘,功效以补气、清热解毒、化湿、发散风寒为主,四气以温、寒、平居多,五味以辛、甘、苦多见,归经以肺、胃、脾最多;关联规则分析共得到18条,聚类分析得到7个药组,因子分析得到公因子8个。结论本文分析结果与《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第八版)》吻合度较高,具有一定指导价值。

Objective To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for COVID-19.Methods The Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for COVID-19 were retrieved by Patsnap patent database.The Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform,R,SAS 8.2 software and so on were used to analyze the patent application area,four natures and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The meridian attribution statistics,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis were conducted to explore the medication rules of patent compound Chinese medicine prescriptions for COVID-19.Results Totally 211 Chinese medicine compound prescriptions were screened convering 365 Chinese medicines.Most patent applications were from Guangdong,Beijing,and Guizhou.In the treatment of gastritis,licorice,honeysuckle,patchouli,astragalus and fructus forsythia were the most frequently used.The main effects of drugs included qi-invigorating,heat-clearing,detoxification,dampness-resolving,and wind-coldeffusing.The four natures were mainly warm,cold and calm,while the five flavors were mostly pungent,sweet and bitter,and the meridians of the lung,the stomach and the spleen were most common.Totally 18 items were obtained by association-rule analysis,7 drug groups were obtained by cluster analysis,and 8 common factors by factor analysis.Conclusion The results in this paper are highly consistent with the“Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(trial version eighth)”and have certain guiding value.
