Research on Online Evaluation Technology of Feeder Automation System Operation Status

馈线自动化系统是对配电网中的设备进行实时监视、协调及控制的集成系统,在馈线故障时可快速、准确定位、隔离故障及恢复非故障区域供电,对配电网安全、稳定运行必不可少,因此保证馈线自动化系统正常运行具有重要意义。对馈线自动化系统运行状态在线评估技术进行研究,通过实时采集馈线终端的在线率、终端/主站的逻辑策略正确率及故障隔离正确率来评估系统运行状况,针对评估中发现的问题提出处理方法,以进一步提高馈线自动化系统运行质量,保证馈线自动化系统正常运行。

Feederautomation system is an integrated system for real-time monitoring,coordination and control of the equipment in the distribution network.It can quickly and accurately locate,isolate faults and restore power supply in non-fault areas when feeder faults occur.It is essential for the safe and stable operation of the distribution network.Therefore,it is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of feeder automation system.The on-line evaluation technology of feeder automation system operation status is sutuded.The system operation status is evaluated by real-time collecting the online rate of feeder terminal,the correct rate of logic strategy of terminal/master station and the correct rate of fault isolation.According to the problems found in the evaluation,the treatment methods are put forward to further improve the operation quality of feeder automation system and ensure the normal operation of feeder automation system.
